As in all things the pricing on this page is subject to change. While we strive to keep the pricing up to date it does not always work out that way.
All plants are not available at all times. With all the variables involved in growing these types of plants there are going to be times when there are crop failures especially with the Ginseng. You have to understand that some of these plants take years to get to a size that they can be sold. If you would like to order some plants the best way to reach us would be to call 304-586-2681 in the evenings or all day on the weekends. |

Terms and Conditions All sales become final 10 days from shipping date. If you experience a problem you must notify us as soon as you can. Please check your order upon receipt and notify us asap if there is a problem.

Guarantee All plants,roots, or rhizomes are guaranteed to be true to type and in healthy condition. If your plants, roots, or rhizomes are not of the quality expected notify us immediately so that a remedy can be worked out.

ShippingAll products will be shipped by USPS Priority Mail unless other arrangements are requested. If your package is lost or damaged it will be the buyers responsibility to deal with the shipping company

LimitationsOur guarantee for products is limited to replacement of product where possible or a refund of the purchase price. We assume no responsibility for any damages resulting from any product that we sell. Any responsibility other than that stated here rests solely with the buyer.
